Keeping DeLay on the Ballot
Because they dropped all of 15 words into the discussion, I can’t tell for certain if Michelle and Jesse approve of the curious legal moves Texas Dems are using to keep Tom DeLay’s name on the ballot for the November General. I’m guessing that, since it may hurt the Republicans’ hold on the House, they disapprove.
I’m not one to comment on the specific legalities involved, but you’d think that all conservatives would love shady manipulations of the courts to win elections. (E.g.)
