Arizona: ‘another known hotspot for al-Qaeda trainees’

by LA at 3:32 pm and filed under: Muslims

All this time I thought Arizona was The Grand Canyon state - and now we learn that it is “another known hotspot for al-Qaeda trainees.”

They really should do something about that.

  1. Huh, so now it is ok for wingers to say the same things Michael Moore has been saying (ala W is in bed with the Saudis.)

  2. Except for that nice McVeigh boy, who worked at the Tru-Value hardware store on Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, AZ.

Oh, what? He was a right wing militia nut? Oh, I was unaware that doesn’t count.

  4. Did she try to link these two to Sami al-Arian? Yeah, yeah in Michelle’s world every Arab is a terrorist. With leaps of logic like that does that mean everyone from the Phillipines is a terrorist because of Abu Sayyaf and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front?

  5. And Michelle Malkin’s brain is a hotspot for self hate, racism and bigotry.

  6. Everybody knows that Arizona is just like Pakistan, but with fewer earthquakes.

  7. Pakistan/Afghanistan: Lamb Vindaloo
    Arizona: Chile con Carne

    Pakistan/Afghanistan: Terrorists in caves, chillin’
    Arizona: Yuppies in caves, spelunkin’

    Pakistan/Afghanistan: Khyber Pass
    Arizona: Grand Canyon

    Pakistan/Afghanistan: Maddrassas in Lahore
Arizona: Crystal healing centers in Sedona

    Pakistan/Afghanistan: Mullah Omar
    Arizona: John McCain

    Now it’s YOUR TURN!

    Wooo!

  8. I don’t know, sounds fishy to me…

“The two men “initially told deputies they were from Morocco, but later admitted to being from Saudi Arabia,” the sheriff’s office said. “They told authorities they are enrolled at the English Language Institute at the University of South Florida. The defendants gave several versions of the reason they took a school bus to a high school, among those being they wanted to enroll in easier English language classes.”

  9. There’s no doubt that they sound fishy and that if they had boarded one of my childrens’ busses I would have been very, very concerned - I’m not arguing with her there.

I’m pointing out her folly in calling Arizona “another known hotspot for al-Qaeda trainees.”
