I covered Malkin’s response to the Moussaoui case over at my blog, and my reaction was far from “blech”. Do you suppose that we should let him live out the rest of his life in jail on the taxpayer dime? Or maybe we should just let him go altogether so he can kill again? If ever there was a case “extreme enough” to warrant the death penalty this would be it.

excuse me John, but if you have access to any real evidence(you know the sort Ronnie Earle has against Tom DeLay) that moussaoui was in any way part of the 9/11 terrorist attacks i would like to see it. and if you don’t then STFU.
please note that his confession was obtained through torture and therefore highly questionable.

Bordeline racist taunting? You did have your TV on the morning of 9/11/01, right? The only reason Moussaoui wasn’t “martyred” on 9/11 is because they caught him first.
And as for Malkin, she is the living definition of classy.
