Seen Malkin's latest?

"Reader Frank G. wonders: "Where are the violent protests over the bombing of the famous mosque in Samarra"

If only she could access the news eh.

Auguste, here's some stuff to look at on this topic. You'd better address it because Malkin has been going on and on about it.

John, my first reaction when Malkin first posted the story was that I tend to agree. But those instances in which I agree with Malkin on first blush have begun to give me pause, thinking there's going to be a catch - and then I left for the beach the next day. (as a side note, for some reason, Blogsome seems determined to stick to GMT and so anything I post after 4 pm my time shows up as the next day...)

Hillary's not really my bellweather for an issue, despite what the right seems to think about liberals these days...but all those qualifiers aside, I think Malkin and Hillary are probably right - it's a little scary.

That said, there's a lot of other problematic nations with problematic investments in United States infrastructure, and aside from the Google attacks, nobody's really rocking the boat with China, for example.

Auguste,

You don't seem to have weighed in the port security topic yet. The general consensus seems to be that selling out our port security to a terrorist-friendly foreign entity is a bad thing. Hillary and Malkin even agree. And Schumer agrees with both of them. What's your take?

It's embarrassing to admit that in college I took a semester and a half of Greek, and as a result can just about pronounce about half the words in the original post. Higher education - worth every penny!
